SDMC Bulk Upload Does Not Get Processed Completely And Remains Stuck In Partial State (Doc ID 2585112.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Transaction stuck for SDMC Bulk upload (say 250 records) with following issues:

1. 235 records are marked as Complete.
2. Out of 235 , debit credit happened only for 234 records.
3. Remaining 15 records stuck in approved status
4. Showing incorrect debit account


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Transaction status should be correct for all records in SDMC bulk file.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as corporate maker
2. Upload sdmc bulk file with say 250 records
3. Log in as checker
4. Approve the file
5. Source account has enough balance
6. Showing 235 records as completed
7. Out of 235 , debit credit happened only for 234 records.
8. Remaining 15 records are in approved status
9. Showing incorrect debit account

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot upload SDMC bulk file for payment purpose.
