MT 103 Missing Correspondent Info (Doc ID 2656494.1)

Symptoms

On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to repair the transaction specifying debit account (while uploading MT 103), the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error Code : PA-TXP-003
Error Description : No data found on ECA-CIF Loan Account Mapping

and

Error Code : PX-SV-009
Error Description : Customer account is not available

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload a MT103 for which there is no maintenance in currency correspondent screen for sender and field 53,54 and 55
2. Observe that the transaction is moved in repair queue
3. In Repair Queue, make attempt to repair the transaction specifying debit account (By clicking OK)
4. Observe the repair fails with error codes ' PA-TXP-003 and PX-SV-009'

Due to this issue, users cannot the transaction specifying debit account in the mentioned conditions.
