Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
While creating party account access-- No Account returned

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
While creating party account access-- It should return the mentioned Account

STEPS
-------

1. Login to OBDX with Admin user.
2. Go to Left menu. Select Account Access.
3. On click Party Account access.
4. Input customer no on this screen. It will going to fetch customer accounts. which needs to be get accessed.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create users with desired account with party preferences

 No Changes in Environment , product, account and hardware that trigger the problem
