Security Attribute Administration option is not working in Manatas UI (Doc ID 2686641.1)

Not able to select the list of users in “Administration >> User Administration >> Security Attribute Administration Page.

When we select Choose User Type as "User", then user list is not displaying in the “Choose User” drop down .
