Rest API Call for Identity Domain Search Is Failing with Bad Request Status (Doc ID 2693266.1)

While searching Identity domain, REST call failing with 400 status.

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Super Admin user.
2- Navigate to System/ Bank Administrator Dashboard > Toggle menu > OAuth > Identity Domain Maintenance
3- Enter OBDXMobileAppDomain in Identity Domain Name field.
4- Click Search button and check Network call >> Status Code: 400 Bad Request & Error will show on screen.
