Symptoms

New collateral creation is not happening from retail loan origination process.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

New collateral creation should happen from retail loan origination process.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Under limits tab ,collateral details are furnished
- Complete flow is success and loan account is also created
- however the new collateral did not get created (Verified in GCDCOLLT)

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, New collateral creation is not happening from retail loan origination process.
