ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

BCDTRONL: UN-ABLE TO CREATE LOAN THROUGH INTERFACE

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
-------------------------
Failure of one loan creation shoudn't stop creation of another loan creation in IF_OLINTERFACE job

STEPS:
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Liquidate a BC contract such the loan creation fails.
2. Liquidate another BC contract which doesnt has any issue and check for loan creation.
