Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to,expose OBDX over the internet through a reverse proxy system is currently giving 403 access error for the below URL.
 digx/j_security_check?locale=en

When trying to access the over the OHS server instead off reverse proxy server, users were able to login to OBDX application.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
403 forbidden should not occur and users should be able to login

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX application
2. 403 forbidden status error occurring.
