FT - Incoming MT103 is in "Repair" status. Error is FT-UPCE0428
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintain NR20 param as shared by Oracle in "FXC_Universal_Payment_Confirmation_-_MT199_-_Configuration.docx"
2. Upload MT103: MT103 is available in MSSINBRW
3. Run SWIFT_UPLOAD: MT103 Process Status becomes “Repair”, error is FT-UPCE0428 “Auto authorization processing function failed for the Funds Transfer upload contract.”
