Symptoms
While trying to run the OBDX 20.1.0.0.0 Base installer by executing the python runInstaller.py command, user is getting below error due to which below RCU schemas are not getting created.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to the server through Putty terminal.
2. Check if NPM and NodeJS are properly installed.
3. Maintain the proper values in ../OBDX_Installer/core/config/installer.properties file.
4. Execute the runInstaller.py command which gives the error.
