On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Production Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OBPM PM Auto Jobs are not working on the scheduled time

Users have scheduled PM Auto Jobs for jobs PMDAENTB and PQDFUVAQ but the jobs are not running on scheduled time.
System is not passing the deferred accounting to FLEXCUBE and it's causing financial loss.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Auto Jobs for OBPM (PMDAENTB and PQDFUVAQ) should run on schedules intervals

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Accounting are not getting passed to FCUBS and causing Financial loss.
