ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to redeem the term deposit account although no lien exists from bank guarantee contract.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When there is no lien from the bank guarantee contract, system should allow to redeem the term deposit account.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a term deposit account to be redeemed.
2. Ensure lien exists only on the retail side and not on the corporate side.
3. Try to redeem the term deposit account.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot redeem the deposit account and credit the funds to the customer account.
