Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OTP functionality enabled for authenticator mobile app but not receiving OTP Code.

Steps:

The issue starts from the below steps

1. Open the application.

2. Enter username and password.

3. Enter OTP screen not visible for the user (Issue).

4. It opens the enter pin screen.
