Release/Delete of Track receivable should work on STDTRKDL/STDTRKRL functions
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter STDTRKDL/STDTRKRL screen function.
2. New and select an account which has Track Receivables.
3. Create a new row in Track Receivable Details section.
4. Attempt to fetch LOV for Module, Product, Reference and nothing works.
