Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Rate code is getting update without posting Revision event

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Rate code should be change only on Revision events.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Loan account created on product XXXX which was fix UDE values for the first period needs an advance payment with reduced tenor.
2. In UDE there are 2 effective dates: one from the loan booking and one after approx. 5 years.
3. During the first period (when the interest rate has a fixed value, without any rate_code), the is no revision schedule defined by the user. The first REVN should happen after the first 5 years.
4. During our tests we have first saved payment simulation with reduced tenor. After that, we have saved and authorized this payment from the main CLDPYMNT screen. In order to arrange the installment schedule, we have also done one VAMI with the only edit + explode. After the VAMI is authorized all the tables are modified with the latest value for the future_date rate_code which is a bug.
