Account Transfer Fails If CIF And Customer Account Are In Different Branch (Doc ID 2800030.1)

Symptoms

On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to do account branch transfer
the following error occurs.

ST-CIF-203


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Select customer account whose customer belongs to different branch
2. Try to change account branch through account branch transfer screen
3. ST-CIF-203 error is thrown


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform account branch transfer
