OFS-BD - 8.0.2

Institution Identifier (BIC) Incorrectly Ingested

Institution identifiers are 8 or 11 characters in Account to Correspondent dis file, however which become 6 characters (only the first 6 characters) in ACCT_ID_INSTN_ID_MAP table. It causes different institutions are considered as the same institution in Mantas when they share a common first characters.
