E-Mail Is Not Sending (Doc ID 2805454.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Reset Password for Corporate/Retail User by Admin Application,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Email Notifications are stuck in FCDB Server and not moving further to SMTP Server.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to FCDB Application As Admin User.
2. Go to "User Management"
3. Choose "Reset Password"
4. Select desired "User Type" and other inputs to Search a User.
5. Select User for "Reset Password" and "Confirm"
6. "Reset Password" successfully done but Email Alert are not received by corresponding User.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:

1. Retail/Corporate User are not able to login after "reset Password" by Bank Admin
