Custom Regex Validator from Database Not Working for Mobile Number in User Management (Doc ID 2815720.1)

Symptoms

When attempting validate mobile number with custom regex, following error occurs.

ERROR

"Invalid mobile number entered".


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Update DIGX_FW_CONFIG_ALL_B with required regex under catergory id usermanagementconfig and prop id MOBILE_NO_REGEX.
2. Login via administrator. Navigate to Onboarding > User Management > Create User.
3. Fill in mandatory the details and mobile number as per regex pattern.
4. Click on Save. Error "Invalid mobile number entered " is displayed.
