KYC 8.0.8: Issue In DIM RISK Category Table (Doc ID 2821472.1)

Symptoms

On KYC:8.0.8.0.0version

Issue with f_closure_updates function:
1. Create RA task has join with CUST_TYPE_CD in DIM_RISK_CATEGORY as well as JRSDCN_CD
2. "f_closure_updates" does not have join with CUST_TYPE_CD in DIM_RISK_CATEGORY

 Steps to reproduce: when user populates multiple records for different customer types in DIM RISK Category table for the same Jurisdiction and run a regular KYC batch. it fails to create an assessment.
