ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When user creating a FX contract in FCUBS, MT210 message not generated in OBPM. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When user creating a FX contract in FCUBS, MT210 message should get generated in OBPM successfully.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, MT210 message not seen in OBPM for FX contract created in FCUBS.

Changes

 Application changes released to send complete value in beneficiary Institution from FCUBS to OBPM for MT210 message generation in OBPM.
