CTR Exemption: Action Buttons Are Enabled In Account & Customer Tabs In Closed Statuses (Doc ID 2830675.1)

Symptoms

CTR 8.0.7

Access CTR Exemption record TIN focused in Open status.
Navigate to Account Tab. Include Accounts and Exclude Accounts buttons are enabled in Closed, Exempt, Rejected and Revoked statuses.
Similarly, Edit button in Customer Tab >> Customer grid is also enabled in Closed, Exempt, Rejected and Revoked statuses.

These action buttons should not be enabled in these statuses.
Configurations in masking related tables are missing for these buttons.
