Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
4 Transactions out of 11 transactions in 2 separate Bulk Files are still in Under Process status, where as they have been processed properly in Core banking.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All transactions should be either Accepted or Rejected and same should be marked in the FCDB related tables, so that the actual status is visible to user.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to FCDB Application as a Corporate User
2. Upload a file, authorize and check the status till final status is received from UBS
3. Check the status update in FCDB side - in rare cases some transaction records are not updated.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the correct final status of their file uploads.
