OTP For Bill Payment/Topup Does Not Contain Amount (Doc ID 2833093.1)

On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When customer initiate a Pay Bills or Quick Topup or Quick Bill Pay transaction, OTP alert received does not contain amount in it.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
OTP alert should display transaction amount

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Toggle Menu -> Bill Payments -> Quick Bill Pay
2. Toggle Menu -> Bill Payments -> Quick Topup
3. Toggle Menu -> Bill Payments -> Pay Bills
4. In all above 3 cases OTP doesn't contain amount.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see transaction amount in OTP alert.
