Goal

US SAR 8.1.1.1 - Generate E-File Not Creating the XML File

When testing the Generate E-File functionality, the UI (and the log) indicated that the generation of the XML e-file is successful. But, looking at the folder within the web server where the file should be created, the file does not exists, only the directory structure.
