User Management Search And Clear Not Working

When attempting to Search users in user management Screen Errors
the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On user management screen- search the users based on party id.
2. Once users are listed, click on any one of the users.
3. on view user screen, click on back- it will take you to search user screen again.
4. Corporate user option from drop down is pre selected, do not change anything on that screen , simply put another customer id and click on search. Nothing will get populated.
This happens only when Party ID is inputted directly in input box and not via Pop-up window for Party Search
