Symptoms
On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Production Support
When attempting to reject or cancel the transaction on 1401- Cash Deposit Screen,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
RM-TX-LC-01: Transaction is locked
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Cash Deposit on screen 1401.
2. Sent to Approve.
3. Checker lost connection
4. Back to access system and do the same, then transaction lock.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Close Till due to pending transaction.
