Symptoms

During the upgrade from V806.6.0 to 8.1.1, AML Pack failed with the below:

/archive/installers/ofsbd811/OFS_BD_PACK/OFS_AML/bin
Exception in thread "main" java.util.MissingResourceException: Can't find resource for bundle java.util.PropertyResourceBundle, key ECM_CASE_URL
  at java.util.ResourceBundle.getObject(ResourceBundle.java:450)
  at java.util.ResourceBundle.getString(ResourceBundle.java:407)
  at com.ofss.installer.validateXML.ProcessXML.processUpgrade(ProcessXML.java:197)
  at com.ofss.installer.validateXML.StartPatch.main(StartPatch.java:137)
reverting default.properties
App installation failed for OFS_AML
