ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

MT101 requests initiated from OBLM is failing in OBP. In OBP system is validating whether enrich is done or not for gateway request also and hence failure is happening. Enrich should be mandatory only if request is initiated from UI.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

MT101 requests should not fail
