ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While creating the tranche ,Margin rate was given and the same is also available in DD contract but when checked in LPDCOMNT (rate history tab) nothing is reflecting there.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Book , save and authorize Tranche contract with Margin rates
2. Book DD contract
3. Save and authorize
