Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
DE transaction save with wrong exchange rate

while processing DE transaction through DEDTRONL, user key in CNY, whilst LCY is USD.
From CYDRATEE, rate is maintained as 6.9711, which system populates correctly after clicking on compute.
However after clicking save and revisit the transaction, exchange rate is now displaying as 6.953216374269
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Exchange rate should not be wrongly displayed.
