Symptoms

Distinct name count issue for (ML/AC)-Terrorist Financing Scenario
As per scenario code, its considering distinct Originator/Beneficiary even though there are individual transactions with different parties i.e. If a transaction happens from a single Originator to multiple beneficiaries, still the name count is 1 and in case of trxn from multiple beneficiaries to single Originator , then also name count is 1.
Hence, its not satisfying the below condition
Names_Ct >= @HR_Distinct_Names_Ct ==> 1 >
