Account Boarding Web Service Request with invalid characters causing issues while creating webhook request using JSON (Doc ID 2885269.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

If the Account Boarding web service contains a special character (e.g. TAB /t), the same is not validated in the system and stored in the database
As part of this account creation activity, Event is configured to send a Webhook message for this account creation. System fails while creating the webhook, since the Data in JSON is invalid(TAB/t). 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Account Boarding Web Service,   data should be validated in the system before storing in the database

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload JSON for account boarding webservice with characters like TAB /t
2. Check whether the account is getting created. Check the database whether invalid character is stored as it is
3. Check whether any event triggered for this account sends a webhook request and it is successful

The issue has the following business impact:
