When Attempting to Create New LC Errors Are Observed on 'Swift Code Search', 'Goods API Call' and 'LC Submission' Screens (Doc ID 2885664.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Multiple issues are observed on initiating 'Letter of Credit'.
1. Swift Code Search - Data is coming in response but not rendered on 'Swift Code Search' screen.

2. 'Goods' API call is showing 'System cannot process the request currently. Please try again later'

3. LC Submission is also displaying 'System cannot process the request currently. Please try again later'
Following stack traces are observed in the application logs.
Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Cannot construct instance of 'com.ofss.digx.extxface.tradefinance.letterofcredit.impl.dto.LetterOfCreditCreateResponse' (although at least one Creator exists): no String-argument constructor/factory method to deserialize from String value ('{

Error-'Whitelabel Error Page' observed on LC Submission Confirmation screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
1. Data should be properly rendered on Swift Code Search.
2. 'Goods' API should work properly.
3. LC Submission should work as expected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with Corporate user
2. Open toggle menu and navigate to Trade Finance > Letter of Credit > Import Letter of Credit > Initiate Letter of Credit > Create LC
3. Observe the mentioned issues.
