Unable to update CFDFLTRI 3MLIBOR code
Modification of Floating Rate Input screen is throwing 504-Gateway Time-out error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute Query for 3MLIBOR and 001 branch
2. Unlock, add new record for effective date and Save
