When attempting to lodge bill under letter of credit contract
the following error occurs.
ERROR

BC-LCIF1 - Critical error in LC interface function. Cannot proceed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a bill contract to be booked under letter of credit contract
2. Ensure mismatch in the credit line linked.
3. Try to book a bill contract

Due to this issue, users cannot avail letter of credit contract by booking an bill.
