On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-CET
When attempting to discount the bill contract
the following error occurs.
ERROR

FX-LN-0009 - Linked amount cannot be greater than FX outstanding amount
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a bill contract to be discounted.
2. Ensure mismatch in the forward contract linked to the bill contract
3. Try to discount the bill contract
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot discount the bill contract and credit the funds to the customer account.
