ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Inbound Payments to restricted accounts are being processed
Inbound payments crediting restricted accounts are being processed through STP
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Inbound Payments to restricted accounts should not be processed
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a SWIFT message which has account that is part of restricted account
2. Process the swift message
3. Verify if the message is processed.
4. As per functionality, system should not process the message, and throw an error saying it is an restricted account
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, restricted accounts are processed through swift message.
