ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Screen PMDREASN is not as per User Manual and does not allow to reassign payment transactions
Screen is not showing Network Code, Transaction reference and View Transaction button
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Screen should show all fields as mentioned in user manual and should allow user to reassgn payment txn
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to PMDREASN
2. Verify if user able to see all the fields as mentioned in user manual and they are able to reassign txn
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reassign pmt txn.
