Non utilization limit in STSCUSVW screen is not updating with limit amount
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

STDCUSVW should show the correct Non Utilization amount
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create customer through Front end application / through web service
2. Liability creating as same as customer number but STSCUSVW screen is not updating with limit amount for respective customer
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the limit amount from STDCUSVW screen
