MSDADVFM Screen Behaves Indifferent and user gets ST-VALS-013 error (Doc ID 2886892.1)

On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

MSDADVFM screen behaves indifferent in SIT2

While modifying ACST_DETAILED record in MSDADVFM , An error was thrown as 'Invalid value 'ALL' for currency field' , which disallowed the record from saving. The record was saved after inputting *.* in the currency field instead of 'ALL'. In V12 this currency field value is inputted as 'ALL'.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From MSDADVFM screen, modify the record for ACST_DETAILED
2. Verify if user is able to save and authorize the record successfully

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save advice format maintenance for account statement
