Unable To Install Scenario Manager 8.1.2 on window 10 (Doc ID 2887053.1)

On : 8.1.1 version, Installers

I'm unable to install the 8.1.2 version of the Scenario Manager on Window 10.

First step:
Scenario Manager Installation Not Working On Windows 10 ( Doc ID 2720221.1 )

Steps to Resolve:
1. Set the program compatibility to Windows XP Service pack 3
2. in cmd, ScenarioManager.exe LAX_VM "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_261\bin\java.exe" -i Gui
3. Click ok in the following window and the installation will start.

After following above instructions I get the following error (see screenshot too)
