Goal

KYC 8.1.1 Null value selection for Active Flag (Rule Based Risk Assessment)
When a Rule Based Risk Assessment is selected, the drop down for the Active Flag permits a blank/null value. Saving the blank/null value updates the Active Flag to blank, and history also shows the same.
