Symptoms

After opening uploaded file inquiry screen following error occurs

ERROR

Access denied.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application -> Navigate to the toggle menu
2. Select File upload -> Click on uploaded file inquiry
3. Above error can be seen on screen.
