Loan Account Guarantor is able to View and Perform Loan repayment on Loan Accounts

Loan Account Guarantor Should not be able to View &Perform Loan repayment on Loan Accounts
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as loan Account Guarantor Party User .
2. User is able to View & perform Transaction on Loan Account .
