Symptoms

MT103 for product having OUR 71G , and OUR option of charges, is getting contract in hold/unauthorized status as expected.
Maker clicks on Unlock, than, delete Credit Account and Credit IBAN and changes Credit Account, and saves the contract.
After contract is authorized, MT199 ACCC is automatically generated but with amount EUR 0,00
