Goal

How to integrate CS case results into KYC parameter

Scenario from client as below (topic: CRA model for Corporate customer)
- Input: Request elements: Primary customer, Related party (A0, A1, A2, A3,..), and another new group information for UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner)
- Output: Expected process for risk rating model: If the specific customer related with relationship as A0 or UBO is TRUE HIT-PEP after CS process, RR of this corporate customer is default to HR
-> Pls help to consult that can we customize the OOB to cater this requirement? If yes, how can we did it?
