ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

UI display issue on reroute and prioritize screen
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Screen should display component properly without overlapping
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with OBDX User
2. Navigate to reroute and prioritize screen
3. Click on Any Financial Module
4. identify the transaction which is rerouted
5. click on edit symbol from reroute workflow column
6. workflow detail screen will open
7. click on user group link to check usergroup details
8. usergroup text screen overlap
9. again click on usergroup link
10. existing usergroup detail screen will not close and same screen display twice
