In OBDX Posted RTGS Transaction, message is going to repair status

javax.persistence.NoResultException

STEPS
-----------------------
1.Post RTGS transaction from OBDX System
2.check the transaction created in PSDOT2CV screen
3.Transaction to appear in repair Status

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot generate message
