Symptoms
When attempting to generate artifacts post UI build,
following error occurs.

Error encountered Some Components generation failed
Component Generation failure!
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download the Installer for QPS 21.1.0.5.0
2. Perform UI build
3. Generate artifacts
